X marks the spot

Lately I've been working extra hard on my cross stitching. I don't really feel like doing anything anymore, but I'm trying to find patience by doing a massive project like that.

I found a program online so I could make my own patterns. I picked a Sailor Moon pattern.

Here's the progress of the project:

1st pic: Got one full complete section done and a little over half way into the 2nd.

2nd Pic: 2 complete sections, about 1/3 the way into a 3rd section.

3rd Pic: 4 complete sections, just starting on the 5th section.

Overall, I have this broken into 9 sections. I am now completely finished with 5 and 1/2 sections.
I'm starting to wonder if the last 3 sections are necessary, but I'll do them. I must do them. I started this project in February and here it is 3 months later, still only halfway done. I was trying to tell myself I would do at least 1 10x60 section a day but that didn't last! My arm is starting to hurt. One of these days I'll post a more updated picture.

And now

I'm going to start another blog. This one is for Gift Cards only! I hope I will be able to update it as I go. I've got so many of those dang things!

The address is giftcardlady.blogspot.com - if anyone cares to see it.

Hey.. I've got nothing to say...

Wow I never update anything do I?

I must be incredibly boring.
Say hello to Blossom :) I just got her. I decided to spice her up and paint her bangs green. She's sitting between Pinky and Ami. (They are actually banks!) I've had Ami since I was a little girl and I picked up Pinky at Goodwill when I worked there.
